Almost every booking KINKAY takes happens somewhere other than a salon. A hotel room in District 1, an office on a shoot day, a villa in Thảo Điền, a venue at six in the morning. Kay comes to you, sets up in about ten minutes, and works where you are already standing.

Travel is in the price inside the city
Anywhere inside Ho Chi Minh City, travel is included. That covers the trip out to you and the trip back if Kay returns later in the day to touch up. There is no call-out fee, no district surcharge and no early-start surcharge.
Outside the city, places like Vũng Tàu, Hồ Tràm, Phan Thiết, Đà Lạt or Hà Nội, you get one total quoted before you confirm. Nothing is added afterwards.
What to send first
Four things, and a quote comes back the same day:
- The date and the address, or the hotel name.
- The time you need to be finished, not the time you want Kay to arrive. She works backwards from it.
- How many people, and whether any of them are men. Men are priced differently.
- What it is for: event, shoot, wedding, headshots. It changes the finish, not just the price.
How long it takes
One person, makeup and hair together, runs 60 to 90 minutes. Allow 90 if the hair is up or the look is full glam.
For a group, Kay starts with whoever is on camera first and works down the call sheet. KINKAY can put up to four makeup artists and two hair stylists on one booking, so a whole team can be ready inside a single call time. Tell her the finish time and she will tell you what time she has to start.

A team of ten for a company event is ten times 1,800,000. There is no minimum and no package you have to buy into. The whole list is on the English price list.
Booking and payment
A 30% deposit by bank transfer holds the date. The balance is paid on the day.
Kay works as an independent artist rather than a registered company, so there is no VAT invoice and no receipt. The Booking Confirmation is the document: it carries a reference number, the service, the date and the amount, and it is reissued marked as paid once you have settled.
Working in English
Kay and the team work in English. If you are flying in, or coordinating from another country, you can keep the whole thing on WhatsApp or email and never need a Vietnamese speaker in the middle.
