The Full Glam Combo — makeup and hair together — is from 1,800,000 VND per person and takes 90 to 120 minutes. Kay comes to your hotel room or apartment anywhere inside the city, and that travel is in the price. Everyone else in your group is from 1,800,000 VND each in the same session.

Not what time to start. Vietnamese tea ceremonies often begin before eight in the morning, which means Kay arrives in the dark. Give her the moment the car leaves and she builds the schedule from there.
Groups are normal and they change the plan. Four people is an assistant and a different start time, not four separate bookings. Say so when you book, not on the morning.
An áo dài asks for different hair than a western dress, and a photograph of the outfit is enough. Send it on WhatsApp and the look is agreed before Kay walks in.
